Robert P. Bianchi, B.S. —
PDRC's President and Chief of Scientific and Technical Affairs, retired from DEA as director of its Special Testing and Research Laboratory. While at DEA, Mr. Bianchi helped to develop forensic protocols for identifying techniques and formulations used to manufacture illicit drugs. Mr. Bianchi’s specialized knowledge of what some have called “kitchen chemistry” provides PDRC with unique skills for advising clients seeking to meet FDA-recommended Category One testing for abuse-deterrent formulations of opioids.
John Coleman, Ph.D. —
Retired career Special Agent with DEA where he was Assistant Administrator for Operations in charge of law enforcement and regulatory activities for the agency. Dr. Coleman has graduate degrees in management and criminal justice and his doctoral dissertation on abuse-deterrent drug formulations was nominated by George Mason University for a national merit award.
